Welcome to Lingo Translate & Learn Mobile (the "App"). The App is provided by Lingo Technologies, Inc. ("Lingo", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, Lingo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscription

The App offers a subscription service ("Subscription") that provides you with access to premium features. The Subscription is billed on a monthly basis, and you will be charged the applicable fees upfront. Your Subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the App or your device's settings.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

a. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

b. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission.

c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

d. Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lingo, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Lingo is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new Terms taking effect.
